Cookie statement
This website stores as little as possible on your device. Below is exactly what is stored, what we use it for, and how to withdraw it.
What we store on your device
Two cookies, both from this website itself. Neither contains your name or your email address.
- ti_consent, stores your answer to the question at the bottom of the page: yes or no, the version of the wording you answered, and the date. That is what saves us asking again on every page. Retention: one year.
- ti_device, one random number, and nothing else. Only placed if you answer “yes”. It lets us see that the same device comes back, so we can recognise interest across several visits. Retention: one year.
Your browser also holds on to your search in the property listings during your visit (cp-search-context), so that a property page can show “previous” and “next” within that search. It disappears when you close the tab, and it contains no number that identifies you.
Statistics without a cookie
We measure how this website is used with Tesoro Insights, through our own domain. That measurement stores nothing on your device, so it keeps running even if you choose “no” above. What is recorded: which page you view and in which language, whether you arrived from another website and which one (the domain name only), the source labels an advertisement or newsletter link may carry (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), and a coarse location for your internet connection: country, region, city and network. No name, no email address, no precise location.
Links in our emails
If you click a link in an email from us, that link carries a code telling us that you were the one who opened it. This works without a cookie and applies to that one link only.
Forms
What you fill in yourself, your name, your email address, your question: goes into our customer system, so we can reply to you and find the conversation again later. Our forms are protected against abuse with Cloudflare Turnstile, which places no cookie on this website.
Technology and security
This website runs through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may place technical cookies needed to keep the site secure and reachable, such as __cf_bm. Those are strictly necessary and hold no profile of you. At the time of writing we measure none of them on this website.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
At the bottom of every page you will find Cookie preferences. You can change your answer there at any time. If you choose “no”, we delete the number from your device. You can also remove the cookies yourself through your browser at any time.
Changes
If the question we ask changes, we ask it again: each new version of the wording voids the answer you gave to the previous one.
