Description

This spacious ground-floor bungalow offers 100 m² built (88 m² usable), 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is part of a new-build complex in a golf resort near Alhama de Murcia and has a garden on a 48 m² plot.

Room for a family

This bungalow has 3 bedrooms, so there is room for a family or for guests. Every bedroom has fitted wardrobes with drawers and shelves, and electric blinds that you operate at the push of a button. Of the 2 bathrooms, one is en suite. The bathrooms have underfloor heating, a vanity unit with a mirror and a shower screen. The kitchen has built-in appliances. An air-source heat pump supplies the hot water, and ducted air conditioning serves every room. The energy label is B.

The garden

The garden is at ground level and belongs to this home alone. The plot measures 48 m². For a family it is a place to be outdoors without leaving the complex. The outdoor LED lighting package keeps the garden usable in the evening. As there is no staircase between the living room and the garden, the step outside is easy.

Amenities and distances

An allocated parking space comes with the home. The complex is gated, has 24-hour security and gives each house a reinforced front door. Inside the resort there is a communal swimming pool with a sunbathing area, landscaped gardens and many walking and cycling routes. The town of Alhama de Murcia is about 15 km from the home. The beaches of Mazarrón lie 25 km away and Murcia airport (Corvera) lies 40 km away.

The location: Alhama de Murcia

Alhama de Murcia is a town in the Region of Murcia with about 24,000 inhabitants, some 36 kilometres from the city of Murcia. Its name comes from Arabic and means thermal bath. Remains of first century Roman baths lie in the centre, and the ruins of a twelfth century Arab castle stand above the town. Sierra Espuña Regional Park, protected since 1992, begins at the town and offers walking and cycling routes. The surrounding farmland grows mainly citrus fruit, almonds and olives. The A-7 motorway runs through the municipality.
