Description

This ground-floor bungalow sits in a new complex inside a golf resort near Alhama de Murcia. It offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 75 m² built, with 65 m² usable, and has its own garden on a 52 m² plot.

Layout and comfort

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers and shelves, and electric blinds. One of the two bathrooms is en suite, so each bedroom is close to a bathroom. The bathrooms have a vanity unit, a mirror, a shower screen and underfloor heating. The kitchen has built-in appliances. Ducted air conditioning serves the whole house, and an air-source heat pump heats the water. The energy label is B. The layout suits a couple or a small family.

Garden and plot

Because the home is on the ground floor, you step from the living space straight into the private garden. The plot measures 52 m². That is enough for a table and chairs and some room to sit in the sun. An outdoor LED lighting package lights the garden after dark. A garden at ground level also means you need no stairs to reach the outdoors.

The complex and its surroundings

The complex is gated and has 24-hour security. An allocated parking space comes with the home, and the front door is reinforced. Residents can use the communal swimming pool with its sunbathing area and walk through the Mediterranean and tropical gardens. A golf course lies right by the complex. The town of Alhama de Murcia is about 15 km away, the beaches of Mazarrón are 25 km away and Murcia airport (Corvera) is 40 km away.

The location: Alhama de Murcia

Alhama de Murcia is a town in the Region of Murcia with about 24,000 inhabitants, some 36 kilometres from the city of Murcia. Its name comes from Arabic and means thermal bath. Remains of first century Roman baths lie in the centre, and the ruins of a twelfth century Arab castle stand above the town. Sierra Espuña Regional Park, protected since 1992, begins at the town and offers walking and cycling routes. The surrounding farmland grows mainly citrus fruit, almonds and olives. The A-7 motorway runs through the municipality.
