Bungalow with 3 Bedrooms and Solarium in Alhama de Murcia
Description
This newly built first-floor bungalow has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 89 m² of built area, with 76 m² of usable space. It stands in a golf resort near Alhama de Murcia, inside a gated residential complex. A terrace and a private solarium belong to the home.
Living and sleeping
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers and shelves, and electric blinds. The kitchen comes with built-in appliances. Each bathroom has a vanity unit, a mirror, a shower screen and underfloor heating. Ducted air conditioning serves the whole home, and an air-source heat pump supplies the hot water. The energy label is B. Three bedrooms leave room for a family or for guests.
Terrace and solarium
The bungalow is on the first floor, so you sit higher than you would at ground level. The terrace and the private solarium belong to this home alone. The terrace suits meals and breakfast outdoors. The solarium is made for sunbathing and sitting in the open air. An outdoor LED lighting package lets you use the space after dark as well.
Amenities and surroundings
An allocated parking space comes with the home. The front door is reinforced and the complex has 24-hour security. Residents share a communal swimming pool with a sunbathing area, and landscaped Mediterranean and tropical gardens. Many walking and cycling routes run through the resort, and a golf course lies next to the complex. The centre of Alhama de Murcia is about 15 km away, the beaches of Mazarrón are 25 km away and Murcia airport (Corvera) is 40 km away.
The location: Alhama de Murcia
Alhama de Murcia is a town in the Region of Murcia with about 24,000 inhabitants, some 36 kilometres from the city of Murcia. Its name comes from Arabic and means thermal bath. Remains of first century Roman baths lie in the centre, and the ruins of a twelfth century Arab castle stand above the town. Sierra Espuña Regional Park, protected since 1992, begins at the town and offers walking and cycling routes. The surrounding farmland grows mainly citrus fruit, almonds and olives. The A-7 motorway runs through the municipality.
