New build bungalow with 2 bedrooms and solarium in Torrevieja

Between the natural park and the pink lagoon

This new build development is located at the edge of Torrevieja, between the Lagunas de La Mata natural park and the Laguna Rosa. It is a special location: on one side a protected natural area with walking paths and birdlife, on the other the salt lakes that keep the climate here mild. The beaches of La Mata and Cabo Cervera are within easy reach.

The home

This upper-floor home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 155 m² built. It comes with a solarium, which sets it apart from the ground-floor version. Within this type the homes run from 109 to 158 m², and this one is among the roomier.

The development

There is more than 15,200 m² of communal space, and you will notice it. Two pools for adults, two children's pools, two heated jacuzzis, a playground for children and boules courts. Landscaped gardens with fragrant plants, palms, ponds, fountains and walking paths run throughout. The development offers both apartments and bungalows, ranging from one to three bedrooms.
